AutoLinkr Return Policy

Returns — 30 Days From Delivery

We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify, returned items must:

  • Be in original condition with no signs of wear or damage

  • Include all original components and packaging, including the device, cables, manual, and original box

  • Have been purchased directly from www.theautolinkr.com

Approved returns are refunded as store credit only.

Customers receive 100% of their order value as store credit, minus the cost of the prepaid return shipping label. AutoLinkr will provide the prepaid return label for eligible U.S. returns. International customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs.

Store credit is issued via email after the returned item is received and passes inspection.

No Exchanges or Replacements

We no longer offer direct exchanges or replacements.

Once your return is received and approved, you will receive store credit that can be used to place a new order for another AutoLinkr unit.

Customers who would like a replacement unit sooner may place a new order immediately. Once the original item is returned and approved, store credit will be issued for the eligible return amount.

Each order is eligible for one return only.

Inspection

All returns are inspected within 5 business days of receipt.

If an item does not pass inspection, store credit may be reduced or denied.

Items may fail inspection if they:

  • Show signs of wear, misuse, or physical damage

  • Are missing original accessories, cables, manuals, or packaging

  • Are returned outside the 30-day return window

  • Were not purchased directly from www.theautolinkr.com

  • Are marked Final Sale or Open-Box Final Sale

Items that do not qualify for store credit will be responsibly recycled and cannot be returned to sender.

Open-Box Units

AutoLinkr may occasionally ship or sell Open-Box units.

Open-Box units are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, replacements, refunds, or store credit unless otherwise required by law.

Final Sale & Non-Eligible Items

The following items are not eligible for returns, refunds, exchanges, replacements, or store credit:

  • Items marked Final Sale

  • Open-Box units

  • Orders outside the 30-day return window

  • Items not purchased directly from www.theautolinkr.com

  • Orders that have already been returned

  • Devices damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or physical damage

Warranty Coverage

AutoLinkr may provide warranty support for qualifying hardware issues.

Covered:

  • Device not powering on

  • Charging or connection port failure

  • Hardware malfunction preventing normal operation

Not covered:

  • Lost or stolen devices

  • Physical damage from misuse

  • App performance or third-party app updates

  • Issues caused by vehicle software updates outside our control

  • Open-Box or Final Sale units

  • Devices already returned, replaced, or credited

Warranty approval is subject to troubleshooting, review, and proof of the issue.

How to Start a Return

Email support@theautolinkr.com with your order number and reason for return.

Our team will review your request, troubleshoot if needed, and send return instructions with the correct return address and prepaid return label if your return is eligible.

Once your return is received and inspected, store credit will be issued via email with any applicable shipping deductions.
